Lake Katashi.

Lake Katashi is a small man-made reservoir located in a picturesque area. During the construction of the Brest — Moscow highway, a sand quarry was formed here, which was soon further deepened and filled with water, deciding to make this area a vacation destination. The perimeter of the lake is surrounded by coniferous and deciduous trees.

It is always crowded here in summer, especially in the evenings and on weekends. The clear azure water beckons to you. The water in the lake is clean and its condition is constantly monitored, and the bottom is covered with fine sand, the shore is flat.  There are several beaches here, everyone can choose a convenient place.  

People come here with their tents, many stay overnight. There is an equipped place for changing clothes, a toilet, a rescue post. A separate fenced area is organized for children. There is a volleyball court, a football field. There is also a snack bar on wheels, where you can buy coffee, tea, fast food, and there is also a shawarma tent.

  There is a pine forest adjacent to the lake, where you can hide from the heat and just breathe in the clean forest air. There is an agricultural base nearby, where you can spend the night for those who do not like to rest "savages".

This is a great place to relax, where you can have a good time with your family and friends. It's very beautiful here!

There are also disadvantages: there is no civilized toilet; there are no sun beds and umbrellas under which you can hide from the scorching sun; some people litter and, unfortunately, do not clean up after themselves.
