One of the most beautiful and ancient parks in Belarus. A natural monument of national importance.

The park was founded in 1768 by the order of the mayor of St. Anthony of Tizengauz. In 1795, the Kobrin Key estate, along with the park, was presented by Catherine 2 to Alexander Suvorov. In 1808, the estate was sold to Major Helwig, since the middle of the 19th century, the central estate belonged to the brother of the Polish poet Adam Mickiewicz – Alexander Mickiewicz.

Since 1948, the park has been a park of culture and recreation named after Suvorov.

The park's real heyday occurred in the 20th century: at that time it became one of the largest and most beautiful garden and park complexes in modern Belarus. Kobrin Park has suffered fires, invasions of foreign troops, people's liberation uprisings. During the years of the Second World War, the Kobrin Park was subjected to major destruction, a significant part of the park was completely destroyed. But the park, restored after the military destruction, acquired a unique flavor and was listed as a monument of national importance.

Today, the park is famous for its extensive alleys with ancient trees, an extensive network of paths, manicured lawns and beautiful flower beds. Here you can enjoy outdoor walks, do sports or just relax on benches in the shade of trees. There are various attractions and equipped playgrounds for children in the park.

Among the attractions of the park, a picturesque lake and pond, fountains, a summer amphitheater, as well as various monuments installed on the territory attract special attention. For example, on the site of the former manor house, which was located in the park, in 1950, on the 150th anniversary of Suvorov's death, a bronze bust was erected to him.

The park is also a venue for various cultural and educational events, which makes it the center of Kobrin's social life. In the warmer months, the park attracts citizens and tourists, and in winter you can see people on fabulous snow walks and winter sports.

Suvorov Park is not only a natural recreation area, but also an important part of the cultural life of Kobrin, a place where people can gather, socialize and spend time in nature. It is rightfully one of the most beautiful parks in Belarus.

In general, the Suvorov Park is the pearl of Kobrin, uniting residents of the city and guests, where everyone can find something for themselves — whether it's the pacification of nature or outdoor activities.
