The small district town of Mosty in the Grodno region has the largest suspension bridge in Belarus. Mosty were first mentioned in historical sources in the 15th century during the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. After the third partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth as part of the Russian Empire. In the period 1921-1939 under the rule of the Polish state.
