The Holy Protection Church in October is an example of traditional wooden architecture of the early 20th century.

The central part of the Holy Intercession Church is made in a cross-domed style, it is adjoined by a pentagonal apse and a developed vestibule, which is connected to the main volume by means of a bundle. Above the rectangular vestibule stands a quadrangle with an octagonal bell tower, completed with an elegant tent. In the center of the intersection of the nave and the weakly expressed transept, there is an octagonal light drum topped with a tent with a dome, which creates the effect of lightness and airiness.

The walls of the Holy Protection Church are lined with horizontal boards and decorated with shoulder blades, which emphasizes the skill of Belarusian architects. Special attention is drawn to the triangular pediments with sloping roofs, highlighting the branches of the transept, the end parts of the vestibule and the wall of the altar above the lowered apse. The tent roof forms a step-by-step transition from the light drum to the main volume of the building, which emphasizes the harmony of the architectural solution.

The Holy Protection Church was included in the list of historical and cultural values back in 1937, which indicates its importance for Belarusian culture. This temple is not only a unique architectural structure, but also an important testimony to the spiritual and cultural life of the region.

Visiting a church means touching the history and enjoying the beauty of traditional Belarusian architecture.
