A botanical natural monument of local importance.

The architectural style of the estate combines elements of classicism and romanticism. The territory is surrounded by fragments of the ancient park of the former manor house with traces of alleys. The famous 500-year-old oak tree called Devaitis grows here. A memorial plaque in honor of the writer Maria Rodzevich is installed next to the oak tree.

Maria Rodzevich was the last owner of the Grushevskaya estate. She restored it after the complete looting in the war of 1914, took control of the estate into her own hands and filled the area with a special spiritual atmosphere. Here she kept house and wrote books, as well as her wise sayings. The ancient oak "Devaitis" became the hero of one of her first novels with the same name. She wrote it in 1889 and the story brought her fame. Here, in an ancient manor, she wrote many novels and novels that brought her great success.

Rodzevich left her Grushevo estate in the autumn of 1939. The local authorities began to dispose of the house, it was partially rebuilt. In the 1970s and 80s, there was a medical center, a canteen store for workers.

Now the building is empty and not in operation due to the emergency condition.

Throughout its history, the manor has witnessed many historical events, including wars and social changes. Today it is a cultural heritage site, attracting tourists and researchers with its architecture. This place gives an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy, which makes it ideal for historical research and discoveries. The beauty of these places attracts the attention of modern Kobrin artists who hold picturesque plein-airs here - "Grushaiskiya zamaleiki".

The Rodzevich estate in Grushevo is an important part of the history of the region, preserving the memory of the life and traditions of its time. In 2023, the biological object "Grushevsky Park with an oak tree "Devaitis" was declared a botanical natural monument of local importance.
