Arriving in the village of Berezovets, you will be able to see the ruins of the Trinity Church, which can be used to imagine the former greatness of the temple that once existed here.
This stone temple was built in the early 20th century. Unfortunately, the church's existence was short-lived. The temple suffered severe damage during the First World War. Since then, the building has not been restored, but, on the contrary, it has been destroyed more and more. Today, the remains of the church are an interesting place for tourists to visit.

The ruins of the Trinity Church in Berezovets.
Berezovets is a village located in the Korelichsky district of the Grodno region. It is located in a picturesque area, almost on the banks of the Servech River.
The first mention of these lands dates back to 1601, when they belonged to the Lavrishevsky monastery, transferred to Metropolitan Hypatius Potey. After a while, these lands passed to the famous Radziwill family.
After the third partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in 1795, Berezovets became part of the Russian Empire and became part of Novogrudok Uyezd. In the 19th century, these lands first belonged to Stephanie Radziwill, and after her death, they were transferred with extensive possessions to her husband L. P. Wittgenstein, and then to their daughter Maria Hohenlohe.
Here you can see interesting sites such as the ancient settlement on the left bank of the river and the ruins of the Trinity Church, built in 1863. After the First World War, many historical monuments, including this temple, were destroyed.
Today, only ruins remain of the church, which the locals carefully preserve. Inside there is a makeshift altar and a lot of fresh flowers. This is an amazing atmospheric place that is worth visiting while in the Grodno region. It will leave you with unforgettable impressions!
