Korelichi. The Church of Peter and Paul.

There is a stone Orthodox church in the center of the district center of Korelichi. The temple was built in 1866 from brick on the site of an old wooden temple. The construction was carried out at public expense and 16,000 rubles were spent.

In 1882, the shrine was completed and the central dome was erected. The interior features a three-tiered iconostasis with 12 icons. In 1879, the church had three Gospels, ten chalices, and silver liturgical utensils. The Gospel was kept, which was handwritten by a priest from the Korelichi church of John Savko in 1647. There was a church archive where metric books had been kept since 1750. In the 19th century, a bell tower was built in which there were four bells weighing from 2 to 7 pounds.

The parish included nine villages, and in 1879 there were 1,850 men and 1,818 women. Two priests served at the temple: the rector and the psalmist. The annual income was 250 rubles per church. The temple had land and property: 54 tithes of land, 2 houses, 1 barn, 2 barns and 2 threshing floors. There was a parochial school in a wooden building, which was built in 1877, and the trusteeship.

The monument was erected in a retrospective Russian style. It has the shape of a cross in the plan. It consists of four main architectural parts: the vestibule, the refectory, the prayer hall and the apse.

In 1988, the church underwent major repairs. The surrounding area is equipped.
