Sanatorium "Naroch"

Situated in the heart of the resort village of Naroch, in the Myadel district of the Minsk region, the "Sanatorium Naroch" is part of the national park "Narochansky". Its unique location - 20 meters from the shore of Lake Naroch - makes it an oasis of rest and health.

The territory of the sanatorium amazes with the richness of vegetation. Pine, juniper, spruce, birch, poplar, thuja grow here, as well as a fruitful apple orchard.

The idea of creating a resort on Lake Narach appeared in the 1930s, when Polish entrepreneurs, recognizing the healing potential of these places, built wooden villas and laid a narrow-gauge railway. However, these initiatives were interrupted by World War II.

In 1958, a group of Soviet and Belarusian scientists conducted a balneological survey, which confirmed the suitability of the lake for the construction of a climatic and balneological resort.

The first step in the implementation of this project was the construction of the Naroch sanatorium in 1963. It quickly gained popularity and was recognized as one of the best holiday destinations in Belarus. In 1966, the sanatorium was transferred to the management of the Belarusian Republican Council for the Management of Trade Union Resorts. In 2021, the Naroch sanatorium was joined by the Narochansky Bereg sanatorium.

This area is rich in mineral water deposits of the sulfate-chloride-sodium type, and in the surrounding lakes - sapropel mud. Pine forest, sandy shores, clean air, mineral springs - all this creates ideal conditions for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders and diseases of the nervous system. Although these rooms are especially attractive, this does not mean that other types of rooms are worse. All rooms, regardless of category, are renovated, convenient and comfortable for living.

They are decorated in light, pleasant colors and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a double bed or two separate beds, a wardrobe, an open wardrobe with shelves, a dressing table, and an additional seat in the form of a chair-bed (folding bed).
