Kvasovka. Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary church.

A stone church of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary has been built in the village of Kvasovka, Grodno region. During the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in 1626, a document was issued for the construction of the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. The permit was issued by the court marshal Christopher Veselovsky.

 The researchers believe that the first wooden church was built with state money. The church had three wooden altars, which were gilded and painted. The main altar had an icon of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and an image of the Mother of God. In the side altars there were icons of St. Joseph, Anthony of Padua, St. Roch and St. Teresa. There was a hospital attached to the church, which provided shelter for the sick and homeless. There was also a school for children.

For the king August III money in 1747 the old church was dismantled and a new church was built. The temple was also wooden with 4 altars.

During the time of the Russian Empire, in 1856, parishioners received permission to build a stone church. In 1871, a new church was consecrated in November. The organ was installed in the 1880s and was executed by master Florian Ostrometsky.

The organ was badly damaged during the war and was repaired only in 1997.

A stone bell tower was built in front of the temple. The territory around the shrine is equipped.
