Indura. Alexander Nevsky Church.
The architectural dominant feature is the Catholic Church of the Holy Trinity of the 19th century, whose tower and spire are visible from afar. A stone synagogue, a 19th-century Orthodox church, and a manor house have also been preserved in the village. There are also several ancient cemeteries and stone outbuildings.
At the entrance to Indura from Grodno, along Grodnenskaya Street, there is a stone Orthodox church of Alexander Nevsky on the right side. The temple was built in 1881 during the time of the Russian Empire.
The land for the church in the center of the village was given to the parishioners by the local landowner Ivan Kozlovsky. First, the first project was developed in 1876 for the construction of the church, but it was not accepted. The second church project for 350 parishioners was developed by the provincial architect Kalyankevich in 1879. The same architect designed the iconostasis for the temple.
The monument was erected in a retrospective Russian style. The building consists of four main architectural parts: a vestibule, a refectory, a prayer hall and an apse. An artistic panel based on the gospel story was created on the apse of the temple. The building was renovated in 2010.
