Description
In the Grodno region, in the village of Lutskovlyany, a stone mill from the 19th century has been preserved to our time, and there are several other interesting historical and natural sites. The place is located on the shore of Lake Lutskovlyanskoe, where there is an equipped beach. In the center of the village there is a local history museum "Memory", which has 10 thousand exhibits, including personal belongings of academician E. Karsky.
A stone mill building has been preserved on the Indurka River. The building is rectangular, built of rubble stone.

Lutskovlyany. The watermill.
There is a stone watermill in the village of Lutskovlyany, Grodno region. The village is a part of the Indura village council. You can see the numerous monuments in Indura first, and then drive a couple of kilometers to Lutskovlyany.
The place is located on the shore of a beautiful lake, where there is a sandy equipped beach on the shore. A small Indurka river flows in the village itself.
Lutskovlyany were first mentioned in historical sources during the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in 1784.
In the period after the Peace of Riga in 1921, the town was part of Poland until 1939, before the advent of Soviet power, as part of the gmina of Indura, Grodno district, Belostok voivodeship.
Since 1965, the museum of local lore "Memory" has been operating in Lutsk, which has about 10 thousand exhibits. The museum has Neolithic axes and personal belongings of Academician Evfimiy Karsky, who was born in the neighboring village of Lasha.
E. Karsky (1861-1931) was an ethnographer, folklorist, paleographer, philologist, Slavist, founder of the Belarusian Scientific Linguistics and Literary Studies. Academician of the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences. He was a full member of the Institute of Belarusian Culture.
In the center of the village there is an obelisk dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War.
The watermill on the Indurka river was built at the end of the 19th century. The building is made of stone, rectangular in plan. It has no monument status.
