Here, on the banks of the Pripyat River, is one of the most modern and hospitable dairy plants in the country - the Turov Dairy Plant, known under the "Bonfesto" brand.
Bonfesto production has opened its doors to everyone who wants to see the "inner kitchen" of cheese making. This is not just an excursion, but a real gastronomic journey that will allow you to fall in love with the product anew.
What awaits the guests?
The tour program is designed to interest both adults and children. Waiting for you:
· Immerse yourself in history. You will learn how the company has developed, which today feeds its products to the whole country.
· Technology without borders. Guests will see how soft cream and curd cheeses are born from selected milk. A separate section is dedicated to the famous Pasta Filata technology, which is used to create elastic cheeses with a characteristic layered structure.
· Live process. You will see with your own eyes how the cheese dough is kneaded, how small balls of mozzarella are formed and how a delicate cream cheese is obtained.
Tasting: from mozzarella to mascarpone.
The most enjoyable part of the tour is getting to know the assortment. After exploring the workshops, you will be invited to taste the products that are produced here with special attention to quality.
The tasting set usually includes:
· Mozzarella and Mozzarella Pizza - the one that stretches and melts perfectly.
· Cream cheese is a soft cream cheese, the base for perfect cheesecakes and morning toasts.
· Provoleta is a semi-hard cheese with a piquant taste.
· Ricotta and Mascarpone are classics of Italian cuisine for desserts and sauces.
And if you want to continue the gastronomic weekend after the tasting, you can order a set lunch at the Bonfesto cafe (for an additional fee). This is a great opportunity to consolidate the impressions of the cheese story.
Important information for visitors.
In order for your visit to be comfortable, it is worth considering several organizational aspects.
Operating mode:
· Wednesday – Saturday: from 11:00 to 16:00.
· Sunday: from 12:00 to 16:00.
· Monday and Tuesday are days off.
Duration: 30-40 minutes (including tasting).
Groups: Guided tours are conducted for combined groups. The number of participants is from 15 to 45 people.

Guided tours to the production site are very popular, so there is a clear rule of pre-appointment. In order for your application to be accurately reviewed, you must send it no later than 5 business days before the desired visit date.
