Myadel. Holy Trinity Church.

Originally built in 1885, the church embodied the traditions of Moscow church architecture. At that time, Myadel was a multi-religious city where Orthodox, Catholics and Jews peacefully coexisted, as evidenced by the nearby synagogue and church.

The tragic events of the Great Patriotic War left a deep mark on the history of the temple. It was badly destroyed, and during the Soviet years it completely fell into disrepair. It seemed that time was irretrievably lost and the church would disappear from the face of the earth.

But the spirit of faith was stronger!

In 1990, work began on the restoration of the Holy Trinity Church. For 16 years, thanks to donations from parishioners and funds from the religious community, the church has been gaining a new lease of life. And in 2006, the renovated church opened its doors to the faithful again.

Today, Holy Trinity Church is a magnificent structure made in accordance with classical canons. The monumental building is crowned with a three-dimensional dome, and the facade is decorated with arches that repeat the domed elements of the interior of the temple. The tall three-tiered bell tower stands proudly above the surroundings, reminding of the spiritual power of these places.

Holy Trinity Church is not just an architectural monument, it is a place where everyone can feel connected to eternity, find solace and support.

The surroundings of the temple look especially picturesque in the warm season, when green meadows and blue sky create a unique harmony.

Holy Trinity Church has become an integral part of the tourist image of Myadel. Her visit is included in many tourist routes, as well as pilgrimage programs in Belarus.
