The grandiose temple is a monument that impresses with its scale and splendor.
The All-Holy Church is one of the important shrines of Minsk, a monument temple dedicated to Belarusian saints. It is also a place where the memory of soldiers who died in battle, children and simply innocent people are honored. It was built in 2010 according to the recognized canons of Orthodoxy.
The monument temple is part of a large complex, which also includes the House of Mercy and the Trinity Church, built of wood in the Russian style.
In 1991, the foundation stone was illuminated by His Holiness Patriarch Alexy 2 of Moscow and All Russia. This was the beginning of the construction of the complex. In 1996, with the participation of the President of Belarus, Minsk and Slutsk Filaret, and the leadership of the Minsk City Executive Committee, a capsule with a commemorative certificate was laid at the base of the temple.
In 2006, the wooden Trinity Church was built, and after that the construction of a stone structure began.
The majestic temple in the shape of a tent has a cross on its top. There are five domes near the temple, which are installed in memory of soldiers who fell for their homeland, as well as civilians tortured in prisons and death camps.
In July 2010, a ceremony was held in the crypt of the church to bury the remains of unknown soldiers who died in the battles of the War of 1812, the First World War and the Great Patriotic War. Unique marble crypts containing the ashes of unknown soldiers who died in the war are kept in the temple.
In July 2010, the church opened its doors to parishioners. At the same time, it can accommodate 1,200 people. In 2018, the church was consecrated in honor of all saints.
The All-Holy Church impresses with its splendor, external beauty and rich interior decoration.
This is a monumental structure, in the architecture of which you can see a tent dome, a Gothic nave, a bell tower, and golden domes. The temple has a very well-groomed and cozy territory. There is a fountain with a monument to Moses, which is used for baptism. There is a memorial cemetery nearby. A luxurious stone staircase leads to the entrance.
Inside the temple we see magnificent murals with images of saints, the main temples of Belarus with the dates of their construction. The decoration of the temple impresses with its color scheme, an extraordinary combination of gold and white, sky blue and dark cherry colors.
This is a grandiose temple that fascinates with its scale and splendor.
