Gorodki. Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos church.

The small village of Gorodki is located as you drive to the town of Losk from the Minsk-Vilnius highway. On the outskirts of the village on the main street there is an Orthodox church, which was consecrated in the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The temple was built at the expense of the state treasury and donations from parishioners. The church was built in 1886. The new church was consecrated by priest Anthony Adamovich together with four priests in October 1870. The land of the church was allocated for use in 1871 by the State Property Administration. In 1898, a stone award was built around the church for donations from local parishioners, who raised 660 rubles for this need. Also, the famous church figure John of Kronstadt added 100 rubles to this amount. In Soviet times, the church was closed and fell into disrepair.

The church was built in pseudo-Russian style according to a typical rubble stone project. It consists of four main parts: the vestibule, the refectory, the prayer hall and the apse. Above the narthex there is a two-tiered tower-bell tower of eight on four. In the upper tier of the bell tower, the window openings from the top are decorated with a keel-shaped finish. A four-pitched roof is installed above the main volume, above which a small drum with an onion is built.

The church was renovated in the early 1990s. The Church is active
