Voiskaya. Holy Trinity Church.
There is a small town called Voiskaya between the town of Vysokoe and the district center of Kamenets. A wooden Orthodox church of the Holy Trinity was built in this place on the outskirts of the settlement. The temple was built during the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania sometime in 1773. The sponsors were representatives of the Bukhovetsky family, and the parishioners also raised funds. The priest at that time was Luka Kunitsky. At that time, the church belonged to Uniate believers. In the 19th century, after the prohibition of Uniatism on the territory of the Russian Empire, the church was handed over to the Orthodox.
At the end of the 19th century, the parish numbered about 2,000 people from 7 nearby villages. The church was built in the traditions of Belarusian folk architecture with Baroque features. The temple in the plan consists of a rectangular elongated log house to which a triangular apse is attached. The building is covered with a gable roof, which was previously covered with shingles. A few years ago, there was a Baroque tiered tower on the roof, which was recently replaced with an onion. A rectangular vestibule is attached to the main facade.
The 19th century iconostasis has been preserved in the interior. In the 19th century, a stone two-tiered bell tower was built in front of the church. A rubble stone fence has been erected around the church. The church was renovated a few years ago.
