Narovlyansky Park is a monument of landscape art.
The manor house is located in the northern part of the park, and the southern part is adjacent to Oktyabrskaya Street. The Factory Garden is a continuation of the manor park, which is laid out along the banks of the Narovlyanka River. Pines, firs, birches, linden trees, oaks, maples, pears and other trees grow in the park. Narovlyansky Park is considered one of the best in Belarus due to the successful placement of plantings and the beauty of the layout.
Another architectural monument in the park is the lighthouse gazebo, located on a hill near the confluence of the Narovlyanka River with Pripyat. This gazebo is visible from the water approach to the settlement and serves as a kind of landmark lighthouse.
The lighthouse is a three-tiered plastered brick structure about 11 meters high. Each of the tiers has a unique structure, while all the tiers harmoniously merge with each other. The first tier is massive, with angular parts treated with large rustication. The second tier is lighter and more delicate. The third tier is an elegant octagonal rotunda with a dome and cupola. The gazebo has slender shapes and perfect proportions, being an original architectural monument of the classical style.
Here, on the territory of the park, the family chapel-crypt was once located. Only a stone tombstone belonging to one of the representatives of the Horvat family has survived to this day. In addition, the remains of an alley planted with Italian poplars can still be seen in the park.
