Minsk. 'Open Ocean' Oceanography Center

The 'Open Ocean' Oceanography Center is a unique mini-laboratory dedicated to wildlife. Here you can get acquainted with the amazing inhabitants of the oceans.

Here you can find out who the surgeon fish treats, as well as find out what corals are - animals or plants. Here you will learn how genetic engineering allows people to color fish in bright shades and where the goldfish came from. There are more than 200 species of living inhabitants from all over the world: the dangerous Lolita turtle, predatory piranhas from the Amazon and friendly clown fish, nemo fish, blue surgeons, freshwater lobster and decorator crab, aquatic turtle, tropical crayfish and other inhabitants.
