Description
Not far from the little town of Volpa there is a small village Dubovtsy. Over the centuries of the village's existence, there were different owners here, and in the 19th century representatives of the Zverovich family owned the estate here. At their time, a wooden palace was first built, and in the middle of the 19th century a stone two-storey building with an attic was built.
The building of a rather unusual shape somewhat resembles a Catholic church. The manor was built in the eclectic style of stone. It is now in an emergency condition.

Dubovtsy. 'Nemeiki' Manor.
Among the village of Dubovtsy, which is located near the agro-town of Volpa, stands a tall stone manor house of the Zverovich family. The manor itself had the name 'Nemeiki'.
The name 'Nemeiki' has been found in historical sources since the 16th century. The Lopatetsky, Vilchuk, Yablonovsky, Voronetsky and Zverovichi were the owners here at different times.
The village of Dubovtsy and the 'Nemeiki' estate passed to the Zverovichi in the early 19th century. A wooden estate was first built, and in 1856 a stone palace was erected in its place.
The building is built in an eclectic style. In some ways it does not resemble a residential building, but a church.
The manor was built of rubble stone and decorated with small stones. The palace is two-storied with an attic.
After the Great Patriotic War, immigrants lived in the building and the building gradually fell into disrepair.
To date, the attic and the upper floor have been destroyed. Behind the building there is a lake and a small river Ross.
