The Church of the Most Holy Trinity is a monument of classical architecture with features of the Retrogothic style.

The village of Danyushevo, located on the right bank of the Vilia River, cannot boast of a significant number of inhabitants — only a few dozen people live here. The history of the village is connected with the Oskerko noble family, on whose territory the manor was previously located. Only some of the fence elements and a few apple trees that were part of the garden ensemble have been preserved.

According to written sources, the first temple in the village of Danyushevo appeared back in the 20s of the 17th century.

The locals today have a unique attraction: the preserved wooden Trinity Church, erected in 1809 on the initiative of the statesman Jan Kiska. It belongs to the monuments of eclectic architecture.

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the temple underwent minor changes. The shrine was expanded, and an elegant stone frame and fence appeared in front of the temple building. Around this time, in 1906, a bell tower was added to the church. The two-towered main facade of the building is highlighted by a 4-column portico with a pediment pierced by a lancet window. The wood–paneled facade has four lancet window openings decorated with decorative carvings.

During the First World War, the Trinity Church was transformed into a hospital. The bell tower was dismantled, stoves were built in the church itself to heat it, pipes from which were brought out through the windows. Germans who died of wounds were buried right in the courtyard. Today, two monuments to German officers have been preserved on the territory, which are located inside the church fence.

In the sixties, the church was completely closed. However, it reopened two decades later and has been open to parishioners and tourists ever since.

Currently, a trip to the village of Danyushevo is included in most tourist programs in the Grodno region.
