Netech. Church of St. Michael the Archangel.

The town of Netech is located in the Lida district between Berezovka and Shchuchin. It was first mentioned in the 16th century as a village in Lida district.

Kazimir Stanislav Kalushevsky, who was a hunter of Volkovysk, and his wife Marianna from the Neverovsky family donated funds for the construction of a Catholic church in 1715 in Netech.

At first, the church was consecrated under the name of the Lord Jesus. The first priest here was Anthony, the patron's brother.

According to some historical sources, the new church was built on the site of the old church and was named after St. Michael the Archangel.

The building was financed by Marshal Stanislav Laskovich, who was the Lida district headman. In the 19th century, there was a hospital and a school at the church. During the time of the Polish state in the first half of the 20th century, the parish numbered about 4 thousand people. In Soviet times, the church was closed and returned to the faithful only in 1989. Restoration has been carried out.

The temple was built in the classical style and forms a rectangle in plan. Covered gable roof. A triangular apse is attached to the prayer hall. Stone columns are built around the perimeter of the church. The main facade is decorated with 4 columns and is completed with a triangular shield. A bell tower is built over the entrance. The church has three naves with 3 altars.
