Dvorishche. The tourist complex 'Volny Melnik'.

On the site of this modern tourist complex there used to be an ancient farmstead, which at various times belonged to famous noble families such as the Ilyinichs, Radziwills, Puslovskys and Soltans. Among the remains of the buildings of the complex, a stone watermill stands out, which is its central element. The renovated mill building hosts a variety of events today: banquets, corporate parties, weddings, photo shoots, tourist gatherings and concerts.

The first mention of the mill in Dvorishche dates back to 1888, although, judging by the insurance documents, it was built even earlier. It is noteworthy that the mill functioned until the 1950s, after which it was used as a warehouse and a production workshop. In the late 1980s, the building fell into disrepair.

During the restoration work, it was possible to preserve the historical appearance of the mill, creating a space that reflected the Belarusian culture and traditional way of life.

The Volny Melnik complex combines elements of historical architecture and modern amenities. The main building is a reconstructed mill with charming wooden facades and massive stone details. The complex has cozy banquet halls, a bar offering craft beer tasting, a summer terrace, an outdoor gazebo and a Finnish sauna. Every element here is thought out to create a comfortable and warm atmosphere.

The Volny Melnik tourist complex has become a favorite place for excursions around Belarus, because here you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Belarusian history. An excursion is offered, which includes a visit to the museum, acquaintance with the cultural heritage of the region. The museum exhibition "My Path" and the collection of household items immerse visitors in the era of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

Volny Melnik is a true guardian of the history of grain processing. As part of the fascinating animation program, guests will be able to learn about the operation of the mill and the intricacies of brewing. Tasting of four beers, one of which is a unique craft beer produced right on the territory of the complex, will be a pleasant end to the excursion program. After a busy day, guests can order a hearty lunch.
