Kolodishchi. Julia Tadeusz's Rose Garden.

50 years ago, there were flower beds on the site of the garden. The plot in the Kolodishchi area was inherited by designer Julia Tadeusz from her grandfather. Perhaps the old birches growing on Julia's plot are descendants of those very birches of the Yekaterininsky tract. That's why Julia left them to grow up here. These birches, ancient fruit trees and a bush of snow-white hydrangea, inherited by Julia, set the structure of the new garden.

A perfumer would be lost here today... Amaretto, apple, citrus - each rose has its own unique scent and charm. 

In 15 years, Julia has managed to turn 6.5 acres into a garden of eden. Rose growing has become a lifestyle. About 250 types of original English, French, and German beauties create this unique place. There are many English roses here. Of these, 100 varieties are roses of the famous English collector. They are for people who love romance, very fragrant, antique in shape, with complex shades of color. 

 The roses have noble names, but there is no English prudery in them. Their "marshmallow buds" delight twice in the summer. There is a fabulous pond with water lilies, calamus and roses on the territory. The quiet murmur of the water in it sets up a romantic mood. Julia created this reservoir herself. The place was chosen with a light shade so that the water would not bloom.

The local oasis is surrounded by Canadian maple trees. Another attraction nearby is the unique tulip tree. A relict tree of the magnolia family, rare in Belarus, but it can also be seen in the botanical garden.

The miracle Garden is like a miniature flower city, with its own architecture. The plot was created in the style of English gardens, according to a free layout. The landing line bends smoothly around it. As a result, it doesn't open immediately, which is why it seems bigger. But the apparent ease of the layout is a long-term work of the hostess. 

Wooden trellises and pyramids are wrapped around delicate clematis. Cozy pergolas (an element of the garden forming a shady path) and arches not only decorate, but also divide the space into zones. You can walk along the paths of the garden as if through different streets. 

Julia created the entire landscape design herself. There is also a romantic corner with a table hidden from view by roses. Numerous geheras, daylilies, and phlox have also registered in the kingdom of roses. They are beautiful, easy to care for and pleasing to the eye. 

You can visit the garden in autumn, summer, and spring. Tulips and forget-me-nots bloom in bright colors in spring. Lilac - pink June is coming to replace it with its peonies, chubushnik, geraniums, bluebells, Siberian irises. A little later, roses burst into colorful fireworks.

 The garden is constantly changing: it tries on a romantic and modest outfit, then dresses in juicy and bright colors. Ornamental trees and shrubs are chosen as the main background of the garden: maples, various varieties of lilacs, thuja, hydrangeas. The natives of North America, the liriodendrons, feel great in the garden.

Tourists call Julia Tadeusz's garden a delightful English-style garden. Julia is always glad to have guests and will not leave anyone empty-handed...
