The Orthodox St. Nicholas Church is located in the very center of the village. The ancient temple itself has not been preserved, but next to the church there is a stone two-tiered bell tower and a stone memorial chapel of the 19th century.

The chapel is very simple in its architecture. But it is of great importance that it was built in honor of. The chapel was built in honor of the abolition of serfdom in the Russian Empire in 1861. A memorial plaque with the inscription and monogram of Emperor Alexander II, who abolished serfdom in Russia, has been preserved on the chapel.

The monument was erected in the second half of the 19th century in the neoclassical style. The building is centered, square in plan. Covered four-pitched roof. Above the entrance to the chapel there is a memorial plaque with an inscription. In recent years, the chapel has been renovated.

The foundations and crypt of the 17th-century Catholic Church of St. Michael the Archangel have been preserved in Timkovichi. The temple had unique murals. The monument was destroyed in a fire in 1985.

There was a manor in Timkovichi, which has been known since the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. At first, the Olelkovichs were the owners here, then the Khodkevichs, Sapieha and Radziwills. A large stone brewery has been preserved from the estate.

Timkovichi is the birthplace of the classic of Belarusian literature Kuzma Chorny (1900 – 1944). The writer spent his teenage years here and now there is a literary museum.
