Vladimir Gordeev's Soviet Moped Studio.

Enthusiast Vladimir Gordeev is devoted to his hobby: collecting mopeds and everything related to them. Previously, his collection was exhibited at the Lev Zheleznyakov Moscow Museum of Industrial Culture.

Vladimir Gordeev was born and lived all his life in Moscow. He started collecting the collection in the early 2000s. After getting into an accident and getting seriously injured, Vladimir had to recover his health for a long time. To distract himself, he became interested in the history of mopeds.

After moving with his family to Vitebsk, he decided to implement his project. For Vladimir, the moped is a symbol of a happy childhood, associated with movie characters and memories of carefree times.

His collection includes about 50 Soviet and foreign mopeds and their engines, many of which are rare examples. In addition, the collection contains numerous thematic publications, booklets, badges, calendars and other items. A special place is occupied by moped and bicycle license plates, of which there are already more than a hundred.

The oldest exhibit in the museum is a frame from a 1947 K1B "Kyivlyanin" motorcycle.

The pride of the collection is the motorcycle B-901 from the Kharkov Bicycle Factory in 1958. This is the first factory limited edition model. On a motorcycle, all the details are native and it is still on the go.

Over time, the museum also acquired a large number of toys and things from the Soviet era and the 90s! Today, the exhibition features vintage toys, school supplies, tape recorders, and photographs of mopeds from family archives. The exhibits can be touched and even used: you can play Soviet games, put on motorcycle helmets, drum on the pioneer drum and learn how to play the bugle!

The owner of the studio will be very enthusiastic about his exhibits and their history.

It is very interesting and exciting to spend your free time in this amazing museum!
