Description
Seylovichi is a small village located in the Nesvizh district of the Minsk region of Belarus. The main, and in fact the only, attraction of this village is the Church of the Most Holy Heart of Jesus. The church's parish was established in 1920 and has since become an integral part of the spiritual life of the local community.
Today, the church is in excellent condition, and the area around it is neatly landscaped and well maintained. Seylovichi. Church of the Heart of Jesus
This charming wooden church was built in the village of Seylovichi in the 19th century. According to another version, it was built back in the XVIII century and originally served as a Uniate church. In the 1920s, the church in the village of Sejlovici was significantly renovated and renovated. During the Soviet period, the temple was closed and was not used for its intended purpose. However, in the 1990s, the church was completely renovated and reopened its doors to the faithful.
This temple is an architectural monument of national dogumanism. It has a rectangular shape and is decorated with a pointed roof, which turns into a tent roof over a pentagonal apse. The triangular pediment of the facade ends with a four-sided marquee signature. The entrance to the temple is decorated with a low rectangular vestibule with a gable roof. The horizontally lined side facades of the temple are separated by rectangular window openings and crossbars in the walls.
