Ryasna. Grabovsky Manor.
The village of Ryasna is located between the towns of Vysokoe and Kamenets. Ryasna has a long and eventful history. A number of historical and architectural monuments have been preserved here in the village to our time.
It was first mentioned in written sources in the 15th century as the Trichevichi domain. In 1507, the estate belonged to Ignati Nikitinich, who was a state clerk. Then the Yodki, Khlevitskys and Wars were the owners here. In the 16th century, the War passed from Lavrin to his son Matvey, who was a household secretary in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Since 1700, Ryasna has been owned by Prince Mikhail Sapieha. In 1722 Sapieha sold Ryasna to Jozef Matushevich.
The Matushevichi lived in a wooden palace built by the Sapieha family. Jozef Matushevich soon invited representatives of the Catholic Marian Order from Italy, for whom the Sapieh storehouse was rebuilt.
Since 1849, the estate has been acquired by representatives of the Grabovsky family. By this time, the buildings with the palace in the former Sapieha estate were outdated and the Grabovskys built a new master's house, which was one-story stone. A park with two ponds was laid out, one of which had an island with a gazebo. A mill was built on the shore of the pond.
Several stone outbuildings have survived to our time, including one of them, a two-story building.
The entire area of the palace and park ensemble occupied an area of 10 hectares. There was a pond, farm buildings with a park and a roadside chapel.
