Description
Kamennoye Krivoe is a village in the Tolochinsky district of the Vitebsk region. It is located 13 km from Tolochin and 130 km from Vitebsk.
A three-storey brick watermill, buildings from the late 19th century, as well as the remains of the Homentovskys estate have been preserved in the village of Kamennoye Krivoye.
Today, part of the ancient park, a pond with a "tea island" and a wooden house remain from the estate. An old oak tree grows next to the pond, which is presumably several centuries old.
The watermill is located on the edge of the Kamennoye Krivoe next to the Tolochin—Krugloye road on the banks of the Krivaya River, near the place of its confluence with the Drut' river.

Ruins of a 19th century watermill in a picturesque location.
On the way from Tolochin to Mogilev, an abandoned and destroyed watermill stands on the banks of the Krivaya River. It is recognized as a historical and cultural value of Belarus. Close approach and passage through the building are prohibited here.
Exact data is not available when this mill was built. However, experts date this building to the end of the 19th century. Old-timers said that even in the post-war period, it continued to operate. People from the surrounding area brought grain to grind here.
Today, the brick mill, despite the lack of a roof, looks very majestic and impresses with its size. The walls of the building are well preserved. According to them, you can get an idea of how this monument of industrial architecture looked in its best years.
The mill is located in a picturesque atmospheric place with the spirit of antiquity, on the Krivaya River near its confluence with the Drut'. Here you can admire nature and a beautiful old building at the same time. You can take very beautiful photos. It's just a pity that the mill is in a ruined state.
