Remnants of former greatness are fragments of the Schultz estate.

Today, only fragments of brick walls remain from the two-storey manor house, built in the 19th century. The red brick of which the manor is built testifies to the soundness and thoroughness of the building. Next to the apartment building, you can see the remains of outbuildings that have turned into piles of stones.

Despite the meager remains, the ruins reveal features of Romanticism and late Gothic, which makes the manor a valuable example of architecture of its time.

The history of the estate is shrouded in mystery. The exact name of the estate's owners is still unknown. Presumably, the estate belonged to the Schultz family, but there is no documentary evidence of this. However, it is known for certain that in 1915 the estate of Rechka was owned by state Councilor Vasily Savvich Bochkov, who actively promoted agronomic knowledge among the peasants. The locals remembered him as "Bychok (the Bull) nobleman", a kind landowner who helped the villagers.

After the revolution, the traces of Bochkov are lost.

It is known that during the Soviet years, a winery was located on the estate, which was destroyed during the liquidation of the village.

Despite its dilapidated condition and tragic history, the Schultz estate is today a valuable monument of architecture and history. It is included in the State List of Historical and Cultural Values of the Republic of Belarus, which gives hope for its possible preservation and study for future generations.

The ruins of the manor are a silent reminder of the rich history of the Belarusian land and the tragic events that changed the fate of the whole region.
