An architectural monument of the first half of the 19th century, which includes a manor house, an outbuilding, and the remaining fragments of the park.
The former manor complex is located on the high right bank of the Dnieper River in the agro-town of Peredelka in the Loyev district.
Since the 17th century, the lands of the present Loyevsky district, together with the adjacent villages, have been owned by the Yuditsky family and for a long period were inherited by various of its representatives. One of the representatives of the family, Stanislav Mikhailovich Yuditsky, began the construction of a manor on these lands.
In 1862, the estate became the property of the Rudzeevsky family, who completed the construction.
The manor house is a monument of classical architecture. The two-storey building with one-storey side wings has a triangular pediment and a wide balcony. Baseboards, sandricks, rust, panels were used as the decoration of the building.
Later, the estate was sold to Count Baranovsky A.I. The last owner was Countess Baranovskaya Ekaterina Vasilyevna. It was she who made a great contribution to the development of the estate and the entire estate as a whole. Thanks to her, a watermill, a sawmill, a distillery were built, and an orchard was laid. The Countess opened 2 schools and a zemstvo hospital at her own expense. However, after the October Revolution of 1917, she and her family emigrated to Canada.
In 1920, a land cultivation partnership was organized on the district lands: the areas of fields and forests were expanded, and agricultural production was improved.
From 1924 to the present, the manor house has housed a kindergarten-school.
The building is well preserved from the outside. The territory is well maintained and inspected. A partially preserved landscape park of the Classical era with elements of an orchard and local tree species. There is a beautiful view of the Dnieper River behind the manor.
It is known that in the late 60s, Countess Baranovskaya came to her former estate in a Peredelka. The Countess's granddaughter, Canadian film director Kathleen Baranovskaya-Barzadi, also came here in 1991. She was filming a documentary about the manor complex.
