Pashuki. Church of St. Andrew the First-Called.

The village of Pashuki is located between the district center of Kamenets and the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park. A wooden Orthodox church in honor of St. Andrew the First-Called was built on the highway leading to Kamenyuki in the Forest, opposite the local cemetery.

The first church in the village of Pashuki was built in 1609. A church was built in honor of the Nativity of the Mother of God by the foundation of Agafia-Sophia Pats. 150 years later, a new church was built, which was consecrated in honor of St. Onufry. And in 1877, a new church was built in honor of St. Andrew the First-Called. The building was erected by builders from the town of Belovezha, which is located near the Kamenetsky district in modern Poland. In Soviet times, in 1961, the church was closed and the building fell into disrepair. In 1995, after the renovation, the church started working again.

The church is built in the pseudo-Russian style and consists of four main parts: the vestibule and the refectory. Prayer hall and apse. A two-tiered bell tower is built over the vestibule. It is an octagon on a quad and is completed with a high polyhedral spire with an onion. The main entrance is decorated with a canopy with a triangular pediment and supported by two wooden pillars. The refectory is covered with a gable roof. The main volume of the church has the shape of a square and is covered with a four-pitched roof with an octagonal drum with an onion. A triangular apse is attached to the prayer hall.
