Nesvizh. Apartment-museum of M. K. Sevruk

The museum is located in the apartment where the artist lived and worked, which gives him a special atmosphere and allows visitors to better understand his personality and creativity. After World War II, M.K. Sevruk lived in Nesvizh and worked mainly in the field of genre painting and landscape. 

The exhibition features not only paintings and graphics, but also rare techniques such as meteorites and mederites, which demonstrate Sevruk's mastery of various art forms. 

In 2012, the area of the existing museum apartment was increased and a new exhibition was created.

Today, the museum's collection includes more than 1,100 items, including the artist's personal belongings, which allows visitors to see not only his works, but also objects that were part of his daily life. This creates a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the artist's world and understand his inspiration.

The museum's exhibitions introduce visitors to two periods of the artist's work: the Vilna period (1927-1939) and the Nesvizh period (1939-1979). Additionally, they have two sections: "Creative heritage", "Biographical and memorial".

The Sevruk Apartment Museum is an important center of cultural life, hosting exhibitions, lectures and workshops that promote the popularization of Belarusian art and the preservation of cultural heritage.
