Description
The ancient town of Mizherici has a rich history. It dates back to the 15th century. There are several ancient monuments here: the remains of a manor house, an Orthodox church and a Catholic church.
The first church was built in the 17th century by magnates Klochki. At the beginning of the 20th century, a new stone temple in the Neo-Gothic style was erected.
The church is three-nave, single-towered. In Soviet times, the temple was closed. In recent years, the church has been renovated. The church is functioning.

Mizherici. The Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The town of Mizherici has been known since the 15th century and belonged first to the Ilyinichi. In the 16th century, to the Klochko tycoons. Then the Grand Duke of Lithuania, Dolskys and the Voinys were the masters here. In the 18th century, the Vishnevetskys.
Wojciech Klochko founded the first Catholic church in 1622. His son Matvey was the sponsor for the interior decoration. In the 19th century, the church was closed.
The new stone Catholic church was built in 1906-1912 in the neo-Gothic style of yellow brick. Architect Wilhelm Srok (1866-1909) - architect and civil engineer, Grodno diocesan architect. In 1936, the church was consecrated by Bishop Romuald Jelbzykowski of Vilna in honor of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
After the war in Soviet times, the church was closed in the 1940s. It was handed over to believers in 1989.
The church is three-nave, single-towered with a transept. It has a pentagonal apse and a sacristy. A three-tiered bell tower rises above the main facade. The walls of the church are reinforced with buttresses. The side walls and facade are pierced by lancet windows. The main entrance and the side ones are made in the form of pointed portals with chimpers.
