Miory. The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

The red unpainted brick church was built in 1907 on the site of an old wooden church. Today, the temple is a neo-Gothic architectural monument and is a historical and cultural value.

Its architectural design was executed by the Vilno architect Anthony Filippovich-Dubovik in the Neo-Gothic style, and the construction was financed by Father Jozef Borodich with the help of donations from parishioners.

The temple is a three-nave basilica with towering towers, lancet windows and a central rose window above the entrance.

In 1951, the building was closed and used as a granary, but in 1956 it was handed over to believers. In 1957, the church building was re-consecrated as the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

Inside the temple there are unique icons of the 19th century, such as the "Mother of God Ruzhantsovaya", the wooden sculpture "Crucifixion". The tombstones of the princes Svyatopolk-Mirsky are embedded on the side wall of the temple. A monument to the unborn child was erected behind the apse at the end of the 20th century.
