Minsk. Dreitzer's hotel.

In Minsk, a building from the time of the Russian Empire, called the Dreitzer Hotel, has been preserved along Komsomolskaya Street. Previously, there were two plots of land on this square that belonged to the philistine Kopel Okun and the philistine Iosel Aronovich Dreitzer.

This site was severely damaged by fire in 1881. Then Dreitzer built a two-story stone building here. Later, Dreitzer bought the second area of land and added a third floor to the building.

At the beginning of the 20th century, in 1910, most of the building was occupied by the Girsha Ioselevich Dreitzer Hotel. The hotel had 40 rooms. The building also housed shops and stalls. There were also residential apartments. After the revolution in 1920, the hotel was nationalized. The former Dreitzer Hotel became known as the "First Soviet Hotel." There were also communal apartments here.

During the Great Patriotic War, the building remained intact. In the post-war period, the interior layout and interiors of the building were significantly changed. The decor on the main facade has been partially removed.

The house is stone, three-storied. It was built in an eclectic style with elements of Art Nouveau and classicism.
