The Trinity Church in Kievets is a monument of wooden architecture, a vivid example of the retrospective Russian style.
The main and actually the only attraction of the village of Kievets is the Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity.
The appearance of the Trinity Church is characterized by simplicity, decorative elements are practically absent, which also applies to the interior. In the appearance of the temple, you can see a faceted dome on a light drum, as well as a tent-roofed bell tower topped with an onion dome. Ancient icons dating back to the 19th and early 20th centuries are kept inside the temple. The architectural ensemble of the church is complemented by gates made of brick and rubble stone. Presumably, the gate is even older than the church itself. There is a memorial stone with an icon of the Virgin Mary in front of the entrance to the temple.
The church has recently been renovated, which has made it possible to preserve its historical value.
The Church of the Holy Trinity in Kievets is an interesting landmark of Belarus, an architectural monument of wooden architecture of the early 20th century and a cultural and historical value of the country.
