St. George's Church in Kamenyuki is an architectural gem of the Kamenets district.

The Church of St. George is located near the busy road leading to Belovezhskaya Pushcha, and impresses with its size – its height reaches 37 meters, and the central dome weighs an impressive 6.5 tons. The interior of the church is no less impressive: a three-tiered wooden iconostasis separates the middle part of the temple from the altar, and the walls are decorated with numerous icons.

The history of the creation of this temple is a story of diligence and faith. Construction began with the consecration of the foundation stone in November 1998 by Bishop Konstantin of Brest and Kobrin. Thanks to the efforts of Archpriest John, the financial support of the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park under the leadership of General Director N. Bambiza, as well as donations from parishioners, construction work began in the spring of 1999.

By 2006, the walls of the temple were erected, and in February the central dome was installed. Since the fall of 2007, divine services and Akathist readings have been held in the basement of the temple.

On October 1, 2009, on the eve of the 600th anniversary of the establishment of the protected area in Belovezhskaya Pushcha, the church was solemnly consecrated by Bishop John of Brest and Kobrin in the presence of many priests and believers.

In 2010, the church was visited by a delegation of the Customs Union, which donated an icon of the Holy Apostle and Evangelist Matthew. Since 2013, a Sunday school has been operating at the temple, where children learn the basics of the Orthodox faith.

St. George's Church in Kamenyuki is not only a place of spiritual solace, but also an architectural gem of the Kamenets district, attracting pilgrims and tourists with its beauty and grandeur. This temple is a prime example of how faith, hard work and dedication can create a real work of art.
