Grodno. The Kruspodins House.

In Grodno, in the historical center on Karl Marx Street, there is an architectural monument of the 19th century, which is known as the Kruspodins House. This street has a long history dating back to the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, when Ozerskaya Street was called. During the time of the Russian Empire, the name was Kupecheskaya (Merchant's), as many merchants and artisans lived here, and there were numerous shops and workshops.

The house was built during the Russian Empire in 1875. The building consists of two parts: the building facing K. Marx Street, number 16, and the building located in the courtyard, number 16 A.

The plan turns out to be an L–shaped configuration.

Building No. 16 is known as the House of Perla and Abram Kruspodins. And also, like Basha Kapellman's house. The complex of these two stone buildings is two-storied and plastered. Unfortunately, the ancient facade decor was lost during the years of major repairs. And if you walk next to the building, you will think that the house is modern. The house in courtyard No. 16A is known as the Bal' House. It was built in 1875 or 1888.

Antsulevich, a freelance dentist, Trop–Krinsky, and Khazanovich, a dentist, worked in the building.

Now the house houses a women's clothing store and residential apartments.
