Description
Obukhovich's youngest son, named Napoleon, decided to achieve independence and left Velikaya Lipa, moving to the village of Golovtsy. It was here that he built an impressive manor house in the Art Nouveau style. The estate included a large house surrounded by a park with picturesque alleys, a separate house for servants and, of course, a brovar (brewery), the ruins of which can still be seen from afar.
The First World War prevented the development of the economy started by Napoleon.
In 1939, the bolsheviks seized the estate, looted and destroyed the house.
In the post-war years, people began to settle on these lands, which led to the formation of a village where the estate used to be located.

Golovtsy. The ruins of the Obukhovich estate.
There were two spacious salon rooms behind the central doors of the main entrance. The second large room, located immediately behind the first, also had smaller doors that led to the porch of the park facade. Corridors radiated from these two central halls in both directions, along which there were doors leading to various rooms of the house. A small gallery extends from one of the wings of the house, which connects the main building with the neighboring stone two-room annex, obviously for utility purposes. Perhaps it was a kitchen wing where food was prepared and then dishes were delivered to the table of the owners of the estate and their guests along the gallery.
The Obukhovich manor house had a total of ten rooms on the ground floor alone, which has survived to this day. There were two large salon halls among these rooms. The house was built with great skill, in the advanced architectural style of its time, using a variety of decorative elements that gave it a unique charm. Unfortunately, many of these elements have been mercilessly destroyed by time and human negligence.
The manor complex in Golovtsy itself is a unique monument of history and manor architecture of the early 20th century for the Nesvizh region. It is very sad that nothing is being done to restore and reconstruct it. It is sad to realize that no one needs this estate, and no one knows or remembers about it. It's good that we managed to see her at least in the state she is now.
