Goloshevo. The estate of the Tyundevitskys.

An ancient noble manor in Goloshevo is of significant historical value in the Tolochinsky district.

In the village of Goloshevo, at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the estate of Panami Tyundevitsky was created on the shore of Lake Glubokoe. A manor house, outbuildings and a landscape park were erected.

The stone house was built in 1897, according to the researchers, according to the traditions of local manor architecture with some elements of neoclassicism. It was built of bricks, which were produced at a local brick factory.

The house had a library, an office, and an art collection. The heating is stove-based.

The building is dominated by a two-story central part with one-story side wings, which are sheltered by gable roofs with triangular gables at the ends.

The building was built according to a symmetrical three-dimensional composition. Pilasters are used in the decoration. The entrance four-column portico is located in the left wing. A two-storey brick wing, a park with alleys, and a pond have been preserved near the estate.

After the revolution, the Tyundevitskys left for Poland, and a school was opened in the estate. During the war, a German garrison was located here.

After the war, the building fell into disrepair and is now in a neglected state.

In 1996, a stone cross was erected on the shore of the lake near the estate.
