Dikushki. Spaso-Preobrazhenskaya (Transfiguration) Church.

Until 1839, the church functioned as a Uniate church, and after the Polotsk Church Council it was converted to Orthodoxy on the initiative of Metropolitan Joseph Semashko of Lithuania and Vilno. His father, Archpriest Joseph Semashko, who served in Dikushki until his death in 1856, became rector. The metropolitan personally visited the church and in 1853 presented him with a Gospel with an inscription, which has not been preserved.

The architecture of the church is made in the neoclassical style. Until 1915, the church belonged to the Lida deanery, and there were literacy schools in the surrounding villages. In 1915, German troops requisitioned the bells, the parish became impoverished, and by 1961 the church was closed and stood in disrepair until 1998.

The restoration of the church began at the end of the 20th century, and on October 10, 2009, it was consecrated by Archbishop Guriy. Today, the parish covers several villages, where mostly elderly people live.

Today, the Church of the Transfiguration of the Savior is an active parish of the Diocese of Lida. It regularly hosts divine services, patronal feasts, and parish events. The temple is open to pilgrims and local historians, preserving its historical significance as a monument of architecture at the regional level.
