The idea of creating an alley belongs to the city mayor. There are lanterns of large commercial and industrial organizations of the city that responded to this offer. All sculptural compositions of lanterns are unique, there are no others like them in the world.

The lanterns installed along the alley are made in various styles — from classical to modern. Here you can sit on a bench and "clean shoes" at the Cleaner, "treat yourself to pretzels" at the hawker from the network "Foodstuffs" or "taste treats" from the Russian stove. Some of the lanterns here are dedicated to literary works: "The Little Prince" and his Rose, "The Nose" in general's garb, the devil with the stolen month from "The Night before Christmas", Homa Brutus with bats from "Viya". You can also see a three-piece bird with the quote "And what kind of Russian does not like fast driving".
