Bobruisk. Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary was founded on May 8, 1903 and built under the direction of priest Jan Krasovsky in 1906 in the neo-Gothic style on the site of a burnt wooden church. The author of the project was the famous Belarusian architect Stanislav Shabunevsky. Money for the construction was donated by both ordinary parishioners and famous landowners. The interior decoration of the temple continued until 1912, when the solemn consecration of the church and the main altar finally took place. The consecration was performed by Metropolitan of Minsk and Mogilev Vincent Klyuchinsky.

In 1935, the church was closed and the building was used for commercial purposes. During the occupation, the church operated, and after the war, it was closed again. It housed an archive and a film and lecture hall. After the building was reconstructed in the late 1950s, it housed a construction trust club. In 1958, the beautiful high bell tower and part of the church façade were destroyed. A five-story building was added to the neo-Gothic church for commercial purposes. The church has survived in this form to this day. The entrance to the church is inside the five-story building.

In 1989, the church was handed over to the Catholic Church and restoration work began. In 1990, the church was re-consecrated by Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz. In 2012, the church had over a thousand parishioners. In honor of the centenary of the church's consecration, bronze figures of the Way of the Cross were installed.
