Bobovnya. Distillery and park.

There is a small village of Bobovnya in the Kopyl district between Kopyl and Nesvizh. The place was first mentioned in the 16th century during the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. In 1582, Bobovnya was the property of the landowner Malinovsky. Since the beginning of the 17th century, new owners have been here - the Radziwills magnates.

In the 18th century, the new owners were the Bernovichi, whose family came from Prussia. The Bernovichi built a wooden manor house in the village. Mikhail Bernovich built a cloth manufactory in 1769, and 110 workers and 5 apprentices worked there. The manufactory occupied five buildings: 2 wooden and 3 brick.

After the second partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in 1793, the town came under the rule of the Russian Empire. It belonged to the Slutsk district of the Minsk province. A wooden Catholic church was built in 1799. In 1823, Onufriy Narkevich–Iodko acquired the estate, and the estate belonged to this family until 1917.

The first estate was built by the Radziwills in the 17th century in the Baroque style.

Gradually, in the 19th century, the estate acquired eclectic features. The owner of the estate in the 19th century was Witold Narkevich–Yodko, a famous ophthalmologist. Then his son, whose name was also Witold (1864-1924), was in charge. The master's house has not been preserved to our time. The park, part of the water system, the stone building of the winery and the warehouse by the road have survived to this day.

The area of the regular park is about nine hectares. The park was founded at the end of the 18th century. In the 1880s, the park was significantly modified and modernized. An island with a gazebo was created on the lake.

Some lime trees with an age of 200 years have been preserved. There is a reinforced concrete pillbox on the edge of the park.
