There is a memorial sign in honor of the medieval castle that existed on this site during the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The castle was built by the Khodkevich magnates in the 16th century. The fortress has withstood many sieges and attacks during the wars. A fragment of the earthen rampart has been preserved to this day.

The architecture of the Peter and Paul Church building is dominated by the neo-Baroque style. However, experts consider it eclectic. In general, this is the only such amazing monument with similar architecture in Belarus and its surroundings.
