Description

Embark on an eventful journey through the Vitebsk region, where historical monuments, architecture and places of mourning await you along the 120 km route.

The tour will begin with silent witnesses of the past. In Begoml you will see the majestic ruins of the Church of All Saints of the 19th century. The memorial "The Curse of Fascism" in Shunevka, a mournful monument on the site of a village destroyed by the Nazis, will cause deep sadness.

Next, the path leads to unique temples. In Dokshitsy you will be greeted by the restored Church of the Intercession, and in Porplishche there is a rare example of wooden architecture of the XVII-XVIII centuries. In Sittsy you can explore the Church of St. George and the picturesque ruins of the Domeyko estate with a 500-year-old oak tree.

Glubokoe will culminate with its architectural gems: the monumental Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin and the elegant Church of the Holy Trinity.

The tour will be completed by unique spiritual centers. In Udelo you will get acquainted with the complex of the 17th century Franciscan monastery. And in Mosar you will be amazed by the Church of St. Anna, surrounded by a magnificent arboretum with a museum.

An unexpected finale awaits in the agro-town of Paris, where a 30-meter replica of the Eiffel Tower is installed - an ideal place for original photos.

This tour is an opportunity to experience the multifaceted history of Vitebsk region in just one day.
