With their funds, the Church of St. Peter was built in 1612. Peter and Paul, and in the XVIII century — the monastery of the Carmelites and Bonifrati.
The connection of the Vankovichi with the events of the uprising of 1863-1864 is also interesting. In the forest near their Zabashevichi estate, the family cemetery has been preserved, where the owner of the estate, Jozef Vankovich, who died in 1863, was secretly buried.
