Berezino and Krupki districts: Bogushevichi-Berezino-Krupki-Khudovtsy-Kholopenichi.

Description

Our tour opens with a beautiful Neo–Gothic church in Bogushevichi, built in the 19th century as part of a manor and park ensemble. The chapel once had a crypt with graves of the Sventorzhetsky family.

Next, we will head to Berezino, where we will see the operating distillery, built in 1892 in the style of industrial eclecticism. The factory building is built of red brick and rubble stone, with contrasting white windows, stands on oak logs and has hardly been rebuilt, therefore it is a valuable architectural monument.

Another attraction is the Pototski Manor, built in the early 19th century in the classical style. The Pototski themselves lived in Warsaw and came here for their summer holidays.

The next point will be the city of Krupki, where 2 interesting locations await you.:

- The museum, which includes the following halls: ecological, archaeological, entographic, military, modern, exhibition. The main mission of the museum is to revive, explore and preserve the national, historical and cultural heritage of the Krupki district and the city of Krupki.

- The Svyatsky Manor House is a historical monument built by the landowner Karl Svyatsky in 1900 in the Art Nouveau style. The remains of a park with larches and poplars have been preserved around the estate, which adds to the historical value of this place.

Next, we will visit the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Khudovtsy, built in 1894 in the Russian-Byzantine architectural style.

We conclude our tour in the Kholopenichi village, where you can visit the picturesque ruins of the Orthodox Holy Dormition Church, which was built in 1863. In the center you'll see a monument dedicated to the abolition of serfdom in 1861. Next to it there's a monument to Maxim Bogdanovich's father, Adam Bogdanovich, an ethnographer and historian.

All this and much more awaits you to meet interested and inquisitive tourists!

Come and get to know the sights and beauties of these places better!
