Khoiniki, Loev and Bragin districts: Borisovshchina-Khoiniki-Rudakov-Komarin-Bragin-Telman-Loev-Peredelka.

Description

Our tour begins in Borisovshchina, where fragments of the Yastrzhembsky estate from the late 19th and early 20th centuries have been preserved, and of all the surviving buildings, the most impressive is a five–story brick water tower made in the Neo-Gothic style with battlements, which gives it a resemblance to medieval defensive structures.

Next, we will head to Khoiniki, where we will visit the beautiful Avraamov estate and park ensemble and the Holy Intercession Monastery, which is the spiritual center of the Chernobyl zone.

Next, you will find an excellent place for ruins-therapy - the ruins of the Oskerko and Vankovich estate in Rudakov.

Then we head to Komarin, where we will see the Ascension Church and the monument to the soldiers-liberators.

The next location will be Bragin and its historical museum with an art gallery.

Then we proceed to Telmanovsky Park, where at the beginning of the 17th century the fugitive monk Grigory Otrepyev, who went down in history as False Dmitry I, found shelter.

Loev will show you the house of the merchant Dolgin and the museum of the Battle of the Dnieper. Historians claim that the Battle of the Dnieper in Loyev in the autumn of 1943 was the first point on the way to the successful implementation of the offensive operation 'Bagration' under the leadership of Marshal Rokossovsky.

We finish our tour in Peredelka, where we will inspect the Sutkov estate.

Come to these parts and get to know their sights and beauties better!
