Description

We are going on a tour of the Dyatlovo and its surroundings!


We will visit the Pokrovskaya (Intercession) Church in the town of Dvorets, made in a pseudo-Russian style.

Then the Church of Anthony of Padua, made in the Baroque style with Renaissance elements, the main facade of which is decorated with rustication and architraves.


Next, we'll head to Gorka, where the church of St. George the Victorious is located at the beginning of the XX century, built in a pseudo-Russian style. The facades of the temple and the upper tier of the bell tower are pierced by arched windows.


In the agricultural town of Rogotno we will see the Holy Guardian Angels church of the 19th century, made in the classical style. The main facade is double-towered, decorated with six Doric order columns.


In the town of Dyatlovo we will visit the Radziwill Palace, built in the Rococo style. Its facade is decorated with stucco and decorative elements, including garlands, heraldic symbols, medallions and ornaments. Above the main facade there is a pediment with the image of the owners' symbol.

Next, we will see the Transfiguration Church, the building of which was built in the form of a ship in accordance with the traditions of Belarusian folk architecture.

Then we visit the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary church, where seven 18th-century Rococo altars have been preserved in the interior.


In Zhibortovshchina we'll see the remains of the 19th-century manor of the Domeyko family, where the house in which the world-famous scientist, national hero of Chile Ignat Domeyko lived for some time has been preserved.


In the town of Venzovets we'll see the 19th-century Peter and Paul Church, built in a pseudo-Russian style, with an elongated axial composition. The facades are decorated with decorative elements and plastics typical of the architecture of the Moscow Empire.


We will also visit the St. Joseph's Church in Ruda Yavorskaya, built in the classical style in the first half of the 20th century.
